I joined Motherwell Bridge in 2005 as a Junior Technician, not realising this was the beginning of an incredible journey. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with very experienced colleagues, who shaped my growth within the company. This has led me to take on new roles and responsibilities that have taken me across the globe - from Europe to the Middle East and the Americas - leading teams in the assembly and commissioning of port handling equipment. Today, as Operations Manager, I oversee the running of a highly skilled team of engineers, maintaining and repairing equipment for both local and foreign based clients. I am proud to be part of a company that invests in its people, embraces challenges, and consistently strives to deliver excellence. The opportunities, trust and support I've received have shaped both my career and my commitment to quality engineering.
