Arzu Bilgic
Director
Arzu joined the Hili Ventures, Breakwater Investments’ parent company, in 2021 and was recently appointed Senior Director – Engineering Business, and later of Chief Commercial Officer, at Breakwater Investments in 2023. She is responsible for supporting the CEO and the business leaders in the group in developing the growth strategy, strengthening the sales force, implementing commercial policies and processes and leading special projects. She joined Hili Ventures as Commercial Director and was later appointed Chief Executive Officer of HV Marine. Arzu has over 20 years’ experience at Procter & Gamble in Turkey where she held senior director roles in Marketing, Sales, and Strategy and Planning. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Bogazici University.
