Michael J Agius
Director
Michael has served as Director of Real Estate, Mergers & Acquisitions at Hili Ventures since 2025. He was also appointed Managing Director at Hili Properties in 2026. Michael joined Hili Ventures in 2021 as Director of Finance – Projects, and was appointed Director of Mergers & Acquisitions in 2024. Prior to joining Hili Ventures, Michael was Senior Manager Transaction Advisory Services at Grant Thornton Malta. Michael holds a degree in Economics from the University of Malta and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
