With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Ayana joined Motherwell Bridge Industries in 2023 as an Administration Clerk and has since been promoted to HR & PayrollAssistant. Initially supporting the Human Resources department, she has progressively taken on greater responsibilities across both HR and payroll functions. Ayana’s role now spans a wide range of duties, including supporting HR operations, assisting with payroll processes, and supporting departments with their HR-related requirements to ensure smooth internal operations.
