Operations Manager
Warren joined Motherwell Bridge in 2005 as a Junior Technician. Over the years, he progressed through a series of technical and supervisory roles, gaining experience in the assembly and commissioning of cargo-handling equipment across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
Today, as Operations Manager, he is responsible for leading a team of engineers focused on the maintenance and repair of equipment for both local and international clients. His role involves coordinating complex projects, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering reliable support to customers in demanding industrial environments.
