John was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Breakwater Investments in 2025. He joined the company from ICE Campus Malta, where he served as CEO, having previously spent several years at Alf Mizzi & Sons Limited leading growth initiatives and innovation projects across multiple sectors, including as CEO of Intercomp. John has extensive experience in leadership, business transformation, and technology. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Henley Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business & Computing from the University of Malta.
