Geoffrey Camilleri
Chairman
Geoffrey Camilleri was appointed Chairman of Motherwell Bridge Industries following a broad career in finance and corporate leadership. He joined Hili Ventures in 2014 as Group Chief Financial Officer and was later appointed CFO at Premier Capital in 2021.
Geoffrey began his career in the Assurance and Business Advisory division at PricewaterhouseCoopers Malta after earning an Honours degree in Accountancy from the University of Malta in 2002. He then moved into industry, holding governance and finance roles at Middlesea Insurance Group and Gasan Group.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and currently sits on the boards of several companies across the group.
