Noeleen became HR Manager at Motherwell Bridge Industries in 2023, having joined the company in 2016 as HR Coordinator. With extensive experience in recruitment and employee logistics, particularly in supporting offshore personnel, she has built a strong foundation in human resources. She holds a Level 7 Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration and a Diploma in HR Practices and Employment Law. She is also in the final stages of completing an MBA in Human Resource Management. Noeleen is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture through empathy, open communication, and a strong focus on employee well-being.
