With extensive experience in recruitment and employee logistics, particularly in supporting offshore personnel, she has built a strong foundation in human resources. Holding a Diploma in HR Practices and Employment Law, Noeleen focuses on fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture through empathy, open communication, and employee well-being.
