Steven Joseph joined Motherwell Bridge Industries in 2022 as a Diesel Engine Mechanic and quickly advanced to the role of Foreman, leading the Mechanical Team at the Malta Freeport. With a strong technical background, Steven is also a trained crane operator and skilled in balancing machine operations, bringing versatility and hands-on expertise to his leadership role.
